I possess the right to refuse any commission or client for any reason.
However, I will always provide advance notice.All clients automatically have the right to use the commissioned work for personal use only, this includes setting it as their profile picture or posting it on your social media with proper credits to me only.
For commercial purposes, a fee of $5 must be paid in advance, and clients should clearly state their intention to use the work commercially and for what purpose.
Note that I have the right to refuse commercial use if it promotes something that crosses my boundaries.Currently, I only accept payments in USD and preferably EUR, as I reside in Europe. Payment is strictly through PayPal, as it is the platform I am most comfortable with.
PayPal automatically converts the USD money into EUR, and the small conversion fee is already deducted from the amount you send.I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.I only allow ONE payment method for my services it's to pay the full amount upfront, which allows me to start working on your commission instantly and the trust would be quick.Please note that once I finish the commission, it’s considered a final sale policy. This means no refunds or cancellations are allowed. The same rule applies when I’m halfway through the commission. Halfway means there are no further revisions from you and I’ve added flat colors, but haven’t started shading yet. When I reach this point, no more changes can be made once I start rendering the piece.

You get Quantity Discounts for commissions involving additional characters:
For one additional character, you will receive a 2% Quantity Discount. For commissions with two or more additional characters, the Quantity Discount increases to 4%. 4 Characters max, more Characters are non-negotiable. Please note that these discounts do not apply to the additional fees for commercial use.

I ask that you give me all your revision requests in one go. You can ask for small changes up to three times without any cost. If you ask for a fourth small change, it will count as a major revision and you’ll have to pay.
You can ask for major revisions one to three times. If you ask for more than three big changes, you’ll have to pay extra. Once you say you’re satisfied with the final design (this doesn't mean being already hallway done btw), any more changes will cost extra.
A major revision costs $0.5. If you ask for a change after you’ve approved the final design, each extra change will cost $2.Once I have moved to the coloring stage, refunds are no longer available. However, I am always open to discussing any concerns or issues you may have throughout the process.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your commission or choose not to proceed with it for any reason, I will provide a full refund of the amount paid. You will be notified promptly should this situation appear.Forcing a chargeback without an reasonable explanation will result in a permanent ban from my services. If you decide to withdraw from an offer before payment has been made, this will not lead to blacklisting. Communicate with me and have a valid reason for not proceeding with the commission.
